Injured and in need of care: serious storm damage obstructs most of wooded holes months later on tranquil course covering stately terrain surrounding hospital.
@drailone
It’s destroyed from this years storms and it looks like they aren’t doing upkeep. This is right next to work so I hope they clean it up.
@jr74709
Very beautiful piece of property. Wish they utilized the trees a little more. But you can pretty much play it how you want being that there isn’t any real signage. Fun course overall
@dylanc37
Decent course, but really needs tee pads or at least tee signs. Pretty good shot selections. A few tunnels, and a lot of open holes. Pars could use updating.
@blackie
Need tees
@hargernick21
Keep grass a little shorter and mark the course a little better and would be a 5!! But not a bad place to come and be able to really let some go!!
@travelingatom
No signing for next tee or even where the tee is after hole 8. Thank you to whoever put the tees on the app here helped. On some of the longer back 9 holes mowing would be nice at least on fairway. Good course will be back again.
@rjchardson
5stars with tee pads. Nice course.
@carson1428
Not a bad overall course. My only complaint is after 8 holes there is not more tee signs and 270ft hole is labeled as a par 4. Might of been a mess up on UDisc but there really is no clear indications on most holes where to throw from.
@tweedy227
It is very nice with tree shots and long open shots
@dfleming001
Need to add tee markers. But all in all a good course.
@cobbhayden2128
8-18 no tee pads
@rickymckibbin
This is my local course, this courses biggest strength is also it’s highest weakness, I.e. it’s owned by the VA, I doubt there would be a course in Bonham at all if not for the VA and the court is well maintained and mowed regularly. However, quite understandably the course isn’t the VA’s bidders priority as course upgrades aren’t happening. I was able to navigate the course very well useing U Disc, that said there is a safety concert on hole 4 with benches either side of the fairway.
@byrd1234
First 8 have tee boxes. Baskets are number 1 thru 18. First 5 and basket 18 all play in the trees, rest of the course is wide open. I’ve played this course myself over 300 times.
@br1anp
Missing Tee box markers
@lardog
No teepads, but not a problem if you have the U-Disc app. A fun course in a very peaceful area.
@ckspeaks
Great variety of holes and the course is well maintained. No cement tee pads and the second half isn’t marked very well, but as long as you have the app it doesn’t matter and is still a fun course to play.
@kjackson
Good course, but only the first few tees are marked and the grass needs to be cut.
