Pros : good shot variety, mostly under 325ft. Several nice looking holes. baskets in great condition. Cons: the 2 "Par 5's" need to be reworked. They are both true Par 3's with no realistic fairways. Several other holes need some major changes to the fairways as well. There are no teepads -- there are wooden markers with hole information only. I actually dont mind this too much for the most part, still a Con.

It's currently a diamond in the rough, but once this course is polished -- Top tier all day. Worth the trip.
