Asa course the variety of different shots and distances is top tier. And as a visitor from Canada the NM nature here is beautiful. But baskets would be nice, signage and tee pads are all missing

First off there are no baskets, just poles. Which is fine, just don't come expecting baskets. The course was hard to navigate, the natural tee pads were hard to find. Some signage directing you to the next tee pad and marking the tee pads somehow would go a long way. That being said the park is very pretty with a variety of wildlife. I saw ducks, geese, deer and skunk in my one round here. The design is good to very good and requires many different shot shapes. With the exception of hole 6, it was very swampy and there was no real line to the pole. There is a lot of potential here especially for a park course. With better signage I would give 3.5 stars and with tee pads and baskets probably 4.5. As is, it is a great spot to work on your technical game.
