Layout is horrible, teepad markers not in the locations they should be according to UDisc. Establish permanent teepads safely away from the fairways and baskets of other holes and omit unnecessary walks in between holes (2 holes worth of distance between 3 & 4, 6 & 7) and course will be worth getting off the highway to play.

Overall a nice environment I would love to see more permanent tee pads, and signage. Baskets are great and the property is beautiful as well.
