@connors28
Pros: Nice Baskets, tee pads, and signs. Good use of elevation. Cons: very easy to lose discs, even in the fairways due to blind landing areas and scrub brush. Will take close to pro level power to reach most pins. Way-finding can be difficult.
@jcgober
Someone needs to set up a UDisc that actually uses all the shorts.
@cnoel85
Too long, few clear landing zones, luck of the draw on whether or not you’ll have any run up on 2nd shot or blocked by sage brush. Not many shot shapes needed, just bombs and luck on your lie. Thistle everywhere.
@astrotexan
Nice course. Lots of weeds, shrubbery, etc. Not too hard to find your disc though. Nice short tee options. Well marked baskets and all the baskets/flags were visible from each tee pad. No water holes.
@quillerelectric
Tough course for me, I do not have a very long drive so to much long stuff for me.
@haddiman
Well my friend, you have a choice to make. Are you prepared to suffer a bit to play a really cool course? This course is epic, but it is no cake walk. It is very much a desert mountain course and there are no true fairways to hit. Just stabby brush close to the basket or stabby brush farther away if you throw a bad shot. Your shoes will be filled with sand and cactus and sticker burrs. You will spend lots of time hunting for your disc in the middle of the fairway. You will also have fun.
@guygroves94
Great course to open up on! Long and challenging, one you'll need to play a few times to get the flow. Plenty of shapes you can attack this course in a whole bunch of different ways. If you make it the whole way thru hole 17 is an incredible finishing hole throwing down back to the lake.
@janitrpalpatine
All you need is the ability to throw far, sooo….Nice signs, pads, and baskets, but just a really plain course.
@jnhrvy
Super fun, challenging course in the sandy badlands outside of Aztec. Loose sand and packed clay, lots of pokey plants, definitely want closed toed shoes. I liked the challenge of the long part 3's, but hot damn I've never been so proud of making par. Lots of big open drives followed by tight approach shots between the junipers. Top-notch signage and hole descriptions at the tee pads showed the care that has gone into designing this course.
@johnjohn847
Nice teeboxes and baskets. Confusing layout even with udisc and teesigns. Played to wrong basket on a few holes. Walked to wrong teebox on few holes. Lots of the holes labeled par 3 should be par 4s. Hardly any ace runs. Very sandy, and lots of garbage.
@beckorback
Either eagle McMahon designed this or somebody with no depth perception. Friggin loooooooong. It’s a really fun and pretty course though.
@lucasp
Seems very manicured compared to the previous review. Amazing course very fun long bombers with elevation to get you there. Highly recommend it's only going to get better in the future.
@slothslair
Gorgeous, beautiful, and amazing course! It is however extremely difficult to navigate as a first time thrower, without the app I would have been completely lost
@mcaspros
Great course. Great design, fun use of terrain, low usage, no shade, unadvisable to play when wet.
@wobetmit15
Not flat. Not short. High altitude for most. Low traffic. Lots of fun. Rough tee boxes. Well worth it.
