@discforger86
Nice small course. I appreciate the fresh gravel paths.
@a17sturm
Fairly open 9hole with potential. Could use a redesign on a few holes
@ironknee
It could be a fun 9 hole course with upkeep. I guess God doesn’t play disc golf here.
@jodevickerman
As previously reported, this course has so much potential. A complete mowing is greatly needed. We spent more time searching for discs than we spent playing. The only place there isn’t knee high grass is on narrow paths that meander around the course. Very low ceilings and tiny gaps could be trimmed for a better experience and to see basket locations. There are 2x4 wood borders around dirt and gravel tees. Signposts are on every tee but no signage at all. Udisc is the only way to navigate. Topping off the experience, we ended up getting really chewed up by chiggers! We really hope the church is willing to put time and money into this course to bring out its possibilities.
@jaybirrdd
Would love to get in contact with whoever oversees this course. There is a ton of potential out here to make this into an awesome course. If anyone knows who to reach please email me at [email protected]
@awstallman
Great little course. Perfect for a practice round since it’s on my way home. There is a lot of potential. Not your average 9 hole. Most of the holes are decently long and will challenge you. 18 hole layouts are available.
@markycolorado
Was excited to see #9 fairway was being mowed so convinced my tribe to come back and play. Unfortunately nothing else was mowed and the high grass and speargrass is horrific. Please please please mow the whole course @ABC! I consider its current state unplayable. :v:
@jaycedalton
It’s peaceful, tee’s could use improvement(just remove the wood.. lots of rocks to confuse your disc with and bushy grass in some places, high fence to lose disc in for beginners, and tees don’t have any signage so you have to use U-Disc. I still enjoyed the course and will be back.
@andrewlowrie
Course design isn't the best. Requires an over the top shot off of almost every tee with a few precarious pin placements. Course is alright for experienced players but given it's a 9 hole at a church, whoever maintains the course should consider taking out a few trees to allow for low lines and changing the pin positions on 2 and 9 to make the course easier for a wider audience. Don't want people losing discs over the fence the first round they ever play. For more experienced players throwing 300+ not a bad course by any means.
@jackthrowsdiscs
Not always useable unless it’s been mowed recently. It’s an okay neighborhood course.
@creezygolf
Very overgrown branches overhang almost every tee shot
@dakotastrand19
Needs mowing and upkeep on the pads. Lots of deadfall but to me feels like it’s intentional. Little hidden gem for locals.
@stevebarr911
Lots of tree limbs in the paths.
@bjameson76
Continue to make improvements. New waking paths help to define the holes and the recent added benches are a nice touch. Could still use some tree trimming as the course has gotten a little over grown in parts. Very challenging for a beginner.
@bwunsch
Better upkeep would make all the difference. Trees could use a good trimming and ideally mowed on a more regular basis. As-is, it’s more of a safari golf experience with few obvious fairways but you’re never in jail. Low tree branches mean you definitely will get better throwing low, accurate shots. It’s a reasonable course and great for a quick round. There’s also many ways to attack most holes so it doesn’t get boring. Semi regular tree maintenance would open some nice lines but that’s for most courses. Best in winter when the spear grass and beggar’s lice aren’t around.
@tikoflano
Missing signs, but the paths guide you trough the course. I started learning here, and each of my visits had helped me improve a little bit. Would be great if they trim the grass, sometimes can be hard to find your discs.
@orionh
No signs, gravel tees, hard lines
@linenlion41
It’s really not that bad. But it’s not great either. You gotta really think about what lines you want to take. But those lines might end up on other hole fairways. So be wary of those around you. No tee signs yet so use the app to find the tees. Please someone just get rid of the weeds, they are awful to have stickers stuck on your socks.
@haddiman
Look. I wanna like every course I play. This is probably my least favorite course in the city. There are no lines. Just scrubby low trees. The wind is somehow always like 25 mph. Just drive somewhere better unless you've got no choice.
