@jakedanon
course is open with tee signs and pads! wooo!
@epcdiscgolfer
Very difficult and tall grass on most the course but that’s hard to control on the side of a mountain. Awesome course though.
@drewziraldo
This used to be one of the best courses in the state. 700 foot bombs, creative shots, etc. The recent redo is absolutely atrocious. The tee pads are 1.5 strides long so zero run up. The usage of the steep terrain is very bad, didn't even climb up to any good downhill shots like the old course, and 18 drops you like a third of a mile from hole 1. Also a lot of extremely short holes. There are about 4 holes where you can't even see the basket until its too late. Also some of the baskets are on a slope (not upright) and the chains will just spit you out unless you sink it absolutely perfectly. The course stays within earshot of Agassiz lodge and they are blaring shitty music constantly and you get no peace and quiet. Constantly crossing steep washed out ruts that are perfect to twist your ankles on. Waist high grass to lose discs in. If you dont lose a disc, bravo. This used to be my favorite course in Flagstaff. I Probably will never play it again until its redesigned.
@aaronjjj28
Awesome course! Would love if they got some kind of bright colored bands around the top so the baskets were a little easier to find. Other than that we had a great time! A good hike with great scenic views. Also fun to be able to just bomb a disc down a mountain! We will be back again for sure.
@marshallarts
Super fun. Big hike, be ready for it.
@gjohnson821
Should be the best course in town. Needs better signage on a few holes. I specifically remember there being a dirt path right beside hole 8 but the path wasn't on the sign.
@jaminator13
Most beautiful course in Flag, but KEEP THE NOSE DOWN on downhill holes… :)
@makoitso
Some of the Best views in Disc Golf. Now is the perfect time to play up there, the grass is short and no threat of Monsoons!
@n8barton
Big hike, beautiful views. First 9 are uphill, couple back and forth, couple more uphill/ sideways and the remaining 4-6 holes are downhill. Worth playing and checking off the list. A cool addition would be to build an additional course (or renovate existing) where you pay 10$ to ride the gondola up, and play all the way down with a few less uphill holes.
@jherring2
Overall great experience discing up on the mountain. Great mix of shots and definitely a lot of hiking! Although additional navigation sign could help and even possibly starting the first 9 up top by taking gondola up initially. I would pay for a ride!
@weshunt
Be prepared to hike! Don’t just bring putters cuz they look short!
@ballen777
Beautiful views and weather. Fun course but lots of hiking up and down at high altitude, over rough terrain with long grass so prepare for a serious hike with lots of water, snacks and ample time to rest and search for lost discs.
@mwbike1111
If you can do the high altitude hiking, it’s fun, scenic, and scoreable. A lot of the holes are straight up or down the ski slope!
@genekouba
Pads could be smoothed and the accuracy of some of the signage could be improved.
@keneno
Cool and good course with the best View ever. You need UDisc to guide you to next teepad.
@curtisdshriver
Must play if you're in Flagstaff. The course isn't the thing you focus on, the experience and scenery are the best. Four stars for those. The holes were pretty average so I took a star off. Again, must pmay if you're in the Flagstaff area.
@ultfrisftw
Worth every hike to the next hole. This is a must-go during the spring/summer season. Bring water and snacks!
@rayray2389
Make sure to have hiking shoes on. Hole 7-12 beware of angry horse Flys. Baskets are hard to find but they have random items on them. Beautiful views and challenging.
@hukinfooligan
Would be 5 but overgrown and need a spotter for sure (really tough solo). Not blaming understand mowing can happen just being real. Make no mistake I will be playing more regularly!
@rj29274
New redesign in 2025 ; incredible scenery Tee areas often do not point toward the target and some tee-pads are very short. The pads are nice and flat, most are turf. Very tall grass and rocky terrain. Note the Tee signs are not accurate (they are the signs from the old course!) - follow udisc Preferred shot for this course is RHBH. Layout lacks a shot variety but it has a couple signature holes. Short and technical; several holes play longer due to elevation change. Lots of hiking but not that bad. Course notes: hole 3 is a blind shot. The basket to your left is 8’s basket. A couple errors on udisc , two of the holes have the wrong distance. Par 54 , no par 4s, great for all skill levels. You get to play a mix / hybrid layout from the older post 2003 worlds layout and a few ace runs mixed in. It’s a good time Venue is fantastic. Play the 9 hole putter course for a warmup Course is a solid 3.75/5
