About the course

This is a fun course if you come prepared and know what to expect. Recommend long pants, long socks, shoes, long sleeve shirt and a hat. Gloves wouldn't hurt to have when you are looking for a disk in the palmetto. The Saw Palmetto is no joke. When your disc goes into the rough it will be in palmetto most of the time or you will have to walk through palmetto. Palmetto will cut you up quick. Recommend a spotter or if you have them beepers for your discs. These have saved us many hours playing here. There is a lost and found can in the maintenance cage next to the hole 3 basket. Have your name and number on your discs, when we find one we reach out and let people know it has been found. Bug spray, sunblock, towel for your disc and possibly for you, water for you. Rainy season (mid-May to mid-October) means water in the fairway and in the rough on some holes. Holes 1, 2 & 3 has a chance of your disc going into the water. Holes 1 & 2 you throw over the pond and hole 3 it is on the right along the fairway. There are gators, snakes, spiders, tortoises, and insects of all types. Keep your eyes on your surroundings. “The most Florida course around”
