@dwahlquist
Loved this course. Challenging but scorable for a 67 year old with a 230β arm. The whole multi use facility is very impressive. Great Job American Legion and volunteers!
@stankycheeze
What a cool course. Lots of shot shapes with hidden baskets. This course would make any local great at hitting tight gaps with 70% power. Good design and upkeep fronm the locals!
@rogetty
Teeboxes definitely need some TLC, but this is totally one of the best wooded courses in the Wyoming valley
@billyscrim
This is an amazing course for the area and could be a top course in PA if they just put some tee pads in!! If you're trying to throw tight tree lines it's tough when the tee pad is uneven, it throws your footing off. Not sure how to let them know, but you can do wooden box tee pads with turf for $300 bucks a pad, that's $6k for 18 holes, which should be possible to raise the money, but would make an insane difference. Great course ππ
@mhammer
This isn't a 3.9... not even close. Of the 15 wooded holes like 3 of them have actual lines to throw down. If you like twisting your ankle and hitting trees this is the place for you.
@beejmc
Rocky underfoot, technical, somewhat random, woods course with subtle elevations and great signage. Tee pads are gravel and range from okay to abysmal. The logical flow is abandoned on the last 4 holes, as you do an extra bunch of walking for some baffling design choices at the end. There are some unforgiving and poorly thought out holes here, but there are also some challenging and fun throws as well. It seems to have a friendly crew for Wednesday doubles, and could really get a better rating with some permanent tees and a little thinning of pencil trees to allow multiple line choices on the shorter holes. Itβs a decent woods course that will test your accuracy around every bend.
@jmgrunwald
I love wooded courses and this one is beautiful! Itβs very technical and requires accuracy. Well worth the drive to come play this one! Keep up the good work! Long walk back to Parking from 18.
@baxdiscer62
Mostly a woods track. This is Rocksylvania so boots are advisable. Tees are packed gravel and not too bad. I found back 9 tougher than the front. Bonus: Fish Fry today!
@mpreza
Wooded and rocky. What I expected from Pennsylvania.
@daubs74
This is an older course, but itβs very very nice. The distances are short, but very technical and mostly in the woods. There were one or two teepad map signs missing, but the Maps are accurate in UDisc.
@math13
There are signs on each hole, and tee pads. That's all the good here. About 3 of the 18 holes have interesting design, and the rest are woods with pretty much no real lines. If you prefer to play a game of 'find the disc', this is your course. If you want to watch your disc fly and have a good time, go elsewhere. Edit: after playing this a few times in the last year, I would day it's an okay course. My review above is for when I was a much more inexperienced player, so be careful if you are new to the game.
@ronkosar
Best in the area !
@chefmg
Great conditions
