@jimvandervliet
Love it. Really fun. Challenging but I think the pars are fair.
@beejmc
Fun woods course in a community park. Mostly flat to subtle elevation changes. Lots of shorter holes, with a few longer dog legs mixed in. It’s pretty well broken in and not too tough to find discs, even in July. Technical throughout. Fairway drivers, reliable middies, putters off tees. Played the short tees and it was pretty fair, a few holes have some random pencils, but otherwise an honest 18 holes.
@muynachos
Great course for lefties, one of the best wooded courses around the region.
@nathanalleman
Shorts are a reasonable time, still capable of trouble. Longs are obnoxious. Very clean and well maintained.
@billthecrusher
Amazing woods track! Lots of fun shots. Beautiful long/short teepads with good baskets/signs. No garbages but little litter. Highly recommend
@william420
A lot of glass but it seemed to be on a old landfill not much can do about that very nice course over all. Very fun layout
@gkulaga
#15 is aceable. I know because I got my first ace ever here, on 7/14/2023. Throw a putter.
@hyoomac
Heavily-wooded and moderately hilly, being off the fairway means trouble. The lines are clear and fair. The fairways are adequately wide, although some holes have really tight landing areas. Almost every hole turns in one direction or the other - and they’re pretty evenly-balanced for righties and lefties alike. Forward tees remove 1600’ and a few doglegs, but still provide plenty of challenge. Detailed review at dgcoursereview.com
@ragnar5757
Lots of trees. Not much else. Still lots of leaves on the ground to hide discs
@klobrien42
Entirely wooded, tight fairways on some holes with solid length. Plays like a longer Allaire. Well maintained with clear signage.
@jspring
This is a good woods design with a nice options for both short and long tees. Its great for intermediate and advanced players, and can work for beginners and pros. However, there is more broken glass on the ground than I’ve ever seen in a wooded area, let alone a disc golf course, apparently because it’s a reclaimed dump. This can be hazardous and maybe a no go for pets and kids. Be careful taking a knee!
@dchernati
Tight, wooded course with excellent teepads. Two in need of repair. Mix of tough par 4s & fun par 3s.
@thejurkstore
Technical, demanding wooded course. Honestly, though, 18 straight holes of "throw it straight down the fairway and hope you don't hit the trees right in the middle and kick 80 feet away" can get old really fast. Be careful of glass.
@grippnripum
Way less crowded then stafford. Great place to practice some woods golf. Short tees got those soft par 4's. long tees give the course some big time teeth and make those par 4's feel correct. Only big down side is there is so much broken glass everywhere!!
@dkelly18
Good local course. However, over the years Alcyon has been degrading. Wish Pitman would allow for new things to be added or just cleanup fallen trees in fairways.
@mgilden
Heavily wooded course with great signage and tee pads. A lot of sharp doglegs
@evanboyle
I love this course. Tight wooded lines with a wide array of shot shapes. Great place to work on your gap hitting. Or have a fun round from shorts with some ace runs!
@chlrichman
Really nice, mostly chill course with shorter distances and lots of trees. Good variety in layouts including some shorter holes that invite ace runs. So glad to have this as an option in the area!
