Be aware, askets are for object golf, not traditional disc golf. Layout is too tight in many places with barbed wire fenced pastures and 6’ ball field fences very close on many holes. Couple of fairways are very close to playgrounds and ball field seating so really only playable during park off periods.

Not concerned about the baskets, just treat it like object golf. But they majority of the holes are bordering private pasture land with tall fencing, very easy to go OB and lose a disc, a few baskets are only about 10-15 feet from OB where discs can't be retrieved. But the biggest issue is safety. Some holes require throwing towards playground equipment, major liability if anyone is using it. If the OB was retrievable it wouldn't be bad but it's just not worth risking for a lost disc. But the main reason for the lowest possible rating is the safety concerns. This was very obviously put in by someone with no knowledge of disc golf and although I appreciate the effort of trying, get an experienced designer that will lay out a fun and safe course that will give both the players and other park users a good experience.
