About the course
In the heart of Pittsburgh’s east side with a stunning skyline view at the beginning of the course. The holes begin in an open setting and make their way into the woods. A great course for beginners and a technical challenge for long-time players. All holes are par 3's and the course can be played quickly.
History
A grant from the Hunt Foundation and a partnership between Pittsburgh Citiparks and Pittsburgh Flying Disc created the course originally designed by Steve Kohman in 1988.
Concrete tee pads installed 1998. Mach3 baskets replaced the original Mach2 baskets in 2008.
2025 redesign removed one hole considered too close to the skating rink, and added a new hole 15. New tee signs and Discatcher baskets added with additional landscaping to mitigate erosion.

This is a beautiful park to play disc golf in. The course is definitely a park style course with some nice wooded shots. It could use a redesign as it turns into a labyrinth of criss-crossing fairways pretty quickly. Definitely worth a play if the weather is nice.
