@kevinfoster57
Good course! Beautiful scenery and great shot shaping. Longer course, need 360+ power to get more than a few birdies. Would recommend!
@fiddl3rs
Entertaining fun course, beautiful scenery. Would love to take a crack at the blue tees. Keep a close eye on your discs if you miss the fairway and scout the holes before teeing off, for sneaky water.
@gslominski
A delightful meadow along the Hudson turned into a disc golf course!
@mishkin37
There is some good shot variety and that part of the Hudson is a great backdrop. The rough is pretty thick, and if you leave the fairway, you’re going to be spending some time looking for your disc. When you play it your first time, scouting ahead before your shot is almost necessary, as there are several water hazards that won’t show on UDisc when cell service drops.
@chandygazdag
Course needs a good makeover but you can absolutely still play it, just make sure you’re watching your disc with a good eye but other than that you can for sure still play it, most of the grass is dry so just wear pants and you’ll be fine! For anyone curious I added a bunch of new photos of what the grass currently looks like as of 9/2/24 in case anyone is thinking about making the trek out there, just make sure to bring some clippers and we can all do our part to bring this course back to its best!
@snowman518
Needs to be mowed in the worst way
@biglefty09
With proper signage and tees and this place will be one of the best new york courses!
@koppieno
Great layout. Bring bug spray., amazing setting!!!
@bigtexas518
New layout. Nice paver tee pads. Regularly mowed and upkept. It's better than it's ever been!
@dingusslinger
Needs tee pads, good shot design, be prepared to look in tall grass for disc.
@itsyourpalcal
Really cool layouts, will be great when the permanent pads are placed. Bring a spotter or a machete to find your discs (tall grass off the fairways) Bug spray is a must
@garrettoakden
Great course. Scoreable. Fun. Beautiful scenery. Played blues solo. Know your disc, know your distance, stay on fairway.
@jipjoppy
This beautiful course seems to be downright abandoned. The grass is waist high on the “fairways”, due to which the bugs are rampant. When I visited back in December, there was a huge amount of debris on the course from what appeared to be a flooding event, then was likely hit with the large storms we received earlier this year. Perhaps the maintenance has become too much. Still makes for a nice nature walk though! Rating at two stars, in hopes that it will be restored some day and this rating will be less irrelevant!
@andiiquinn
The course is picturesque with stunning views along the Hudson River. This is the second time we made a vacation to the Lake George area with this course in mind. It is about the same as last year, with little signage and some rubber tee pads. It would be extremely difficult to navigate if it weren’t available on UDisc. For the most part the holes show a lot of variety, but a few too many of the white tees were exactly the same as the red tees. For a course with little to no elevation, it makes great use of the land. Lots of potential and will be really solid when it is finished.
@pmalone1117
Mostly open course with great views. Wasn't busy when we went on a beautiful day. 3 different tee locations to accommodate novice to veteran players. If you throw wild keep an eye where it goes because it gets thick outside the fairways. Fun course to play.
@charlesc
One thing I loved about the course is the layout along the Hudson River and the shots are pretty good. The course could use a haircut but other then that Mywife and I enjoyed the course alot. THANK YOU DAN DOYLE #310 FOR THIS COURSE. Cannot wait for teepads but I know they are coming.
@sundberg72
Has potential to be amazing. Great course
