Description
The redesign is complete! Discalibur Disc Golf Club has worked closely with the Parks and Recreation Department to update one of Florida’s most historic courses—Wickham Park. The goal of the redesign was to preserve key elements of the original layout while improving safety, flow, and overall playability. New hole designs, alternate tee pads, and thoughtful routing now offer a more balanced challenge for players of all skill levels. Because Wickham Park hosts a variety of public events, occasional interruptions to play may still occur. To help maintain access to disc golf year-round, a new 9-hole wooded course has been added on the opposite side of the park. New championship-level tee signs are scheduled to be installed following this year’s Melbourne Open, further enhancing the course experience and layout clarity. With over 30 years of disc golf history, Wickham Park remains a cornerstone of the Florida disc golf community—and Discalibur is proud to help guide its next chapter.
