This course is maintained by Franklin ISD. All state and local laws that apply to a school district campus applies on this campus course. This course is unique in many ways to give the community an added sport to enjoy with friends and family. Many holes may be short, but the overall campus as a whole is beautiful and well maintained. Many activities are offered at the Franklin Ranch such as fishing, baseball, softball, flag football, soccer, splash pad, playgrounds, walking and biking trails, and many other outdoor adventures. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. This community park provides something for the whole family to enjoy together.

Accessibility
Limited mobility/cane accessible - Soft sand and rough grade can be found throughout the course in some variation. All holes are accessible by grass lawn, concrete sidewalks, and 1/4- gravel paths. Hole 2 is the most difficult to get to by wheelchair but is still accessible through the grass lawn along the main drive to upper parking lot.
