To started this will be a 10 hole beginner-ish/intermediate course with 6 new holes and different course flow. The goal is to add the two remaining holes by spring/summer to bring the total to 12 holes. Ultimately, there will be 6 open holes and 6 wooded holes.
Multiple teebox locations and full tee signs are also in the plans at a future date.
