Be respectful and safe around other park users - do not throw over basketball courts, rugby field or workout equipment when they are in use, and always wait until walkers/joggers are safely out of the way. Best times for use are weekdays morning and mid-day and weekend mornings. Loaner Discs available in the equipment rental boxes near basketball courts.
