2 meter rule is NOT in effect.
Railing and beyond is always OB.
If you are on a picnic bench area or any other park structure that is on the fairway, you are in bounds, AND may also take free relief.

Fun park course overall. Would love to see concrete pads for the short tees. Lots of briars off the fairways so look out!

Very lovely park. Definitely glad I came to play here. $5 entry fee for non residents is very much worth it in my book. I would bump it up half a star if there was concrete pads for the shorter tees.
