Description
The Lake Royale Cruising Course is located around Lake Royale, a beautiful gated lake community with 3358 residents as of the 2022 census.
The permanent portion of the Cruising Course includes 4 stops but will eventually include at least 10 stops and at least 21 baskets. To play you must be a owner/renter or their guest.

Out of bounds: All roads and private property are out of bounds.
YIELD! Disc Golfers yield to all pedestrians, cars, traffic and may have to circle back to a hole if the area is being used for other purposes.
Phase 1 of the Lake Royale Cruising Course now has permanent baskets. 21 tee pads are natural, 1 concrete and 2 are asphalt for a total of 24 tee pads (12 red and 12 white). Tee pads are marked with flags but that will change to ground markers and signs in the near future. Tee pads will be modified as needed as the course is played.
Stop 1: Course begins at Chippewa Landing with a practice basket in the woods to the right. The basket for and Holes 1 and 1A is located to the far left, across the ditch, up the hill and at the woods edge.
Stop 2: Cruising Disc Golfers cruise to the Rocket Ship Playground for hole 2 adjacent to the outdoor exercise area, up the gravel road from the Pontiac Marina to near the cul-de-sac for hole 3 in the woods. and finally across the retention pond for holes 4 and 4A.
Stop 3: Players cruise to Moccasin Comfort Center for holes 5, 6 and 7. Just right of the building, play proceeds in a counter clockwise manner through the woods. Hole 5 extends to the far right end of the woods, hole 6 extends back towards the middle from the far left of the property and hole 7 from the woods left of the building to the front right of of the woods.
Stop 4: To the far left of the property and up the hill, hole 8 goes from left to right across the field behind the comfort center. Hole 9 proceeds down hill between the swimming pool and the woods on the far right. Hole 10 begins deep into the woods behind the swimming pool and uses basket for hole 8.

Limited mobility/cane accessible - The RocketShip playground hole 2 and swimming pool hole 8 and 9 are most accessible. Most red tees are more accessible. Hole 1A red tee is more accessible for limited mobility.
