About the course

9 basket course established in 2014 with a main layout designed by Alex Briton with marked tees (paver tee pads). Alternative 9 tee layout not marked. Course is designed to support new players to the game and is designed as a beginner friendly course with some challenges of distance. Exposed to the sea so can be impacted by the wind adding an additional challenge to the course. Please be mindful of other park users and only throw when is clear and safe to do so. Course Developed and maintained by the Greater Wellington Disc Golf Club with permission of the Hutt council to use the reserve for this purpose

Great short course. Excellent design for beginners and experienced players. Lovely park. And only one cross fairway. Targets can be hidden from tee but that makes it interesting. 9 holes on mostly flat ocean front park setting . Parking right beside hole 1. Not crowded -

our local. Good mix of short and longer holes, not the most punishing course. lots of Tui (bird not the disc!).
