Course location
Biloxi, Mississippi
Headline
Something for everyone woos, water and long holes for big throwers.
Description
Mostly flat and lightly wooded. A few holes go into woods, while most have longer, open areas that are great for long throwers. Hiller Park is Biloxi’s best kept secret. The park, founded in 1967, is part of the Naval Reserve. The park is named for Eugene A. Hiller, who held the position of manager of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical center from 1934 to 1968. It offers picnic areas, a walking trail, basketball, tennis, and a Disc golf course, a dog park, water fountains, and a rental pavilion. And, through it all runs Bayou La Porte, a tidal marsh habitat that empties into the Bay of Biloxi. On the bay side is a small sandy beach and several boat ramps.
