Description
**Updates** *New T signs have been installed for the White Layout** Welcome to the Gates Middle School Disc Golf Course! This is a 9-hole course designed around middle schoolers that is laid out across the school campus. The course was funded by a grant through the Scituate Education Foundation. Though designed for young beginners, the course will yield some fun for experienced players. Beginners can expect open lines, and reachable baskets with a few Tees shots and OBs that will foster control. Experienced players can approach the course like a chip and putt. No need to break out the distance drivers here. Mid-range and putters should provide opportunities for ace runs, putting practice, and angle and power control. Should you wish to power up and drive, there are 3 turf fields on the high school side of campus a 3 minutes walk from the parking lot. The course is shared with the public so always look before you throw (holes 7,8,9). The course is open but is a work in progress. We hope to fund pads, and a kiosk in the near future. Thanks for visiting and we hope you enjoy!
