Humble, 3-hole course built around the perimeter of a small neighborhood park in the middle of the Cordera neighborhood in North Colorado Springs. The holes are short (180/148/190); it's not a destination course by any means, but the views of the front rage are nice and it's a lovely spot for a picnic. It can be windy at times as it is the high point of the neighborhood and surrounded by homes which can create a bit of a wind tunnel effect. Good for practice if you live nearby. Rarely used at all.
