Short, technical and fun course

Welcome to FDG: a fairly short course in a small town park but some tricky OB-lines, wind and elevation add interest and difficulty. The grass is quite tall in some periods during summer, so use a spotter or play from the short tees to avoid searching for discs. Trousers or long socks is also a good idea and may protect you from the wild nature. You’ll find dual tees: red for beginners and white for advanced. Read the tee signs for OB and hazard rules. Please also be very aware of other people in the park and check for blind spots when playing. Parking is next to tee 1 and you will also find the course map here. More info and discs in a loan box at the shelter. Food and toilets on the other side of the road (at the pizza place) and shopping only a couple of drives down the road…

I started playing a lot in 2014 and thought of making a course at Møn. I approached the local community running the little park and the school and they were onboard. I got the funding and with the help of a few locals we got the baskets and tee signs in. From there it was countless hours of making design tweaks, graphic design, OB and mando signs, building stairs, hosting intros, making videos, teaching school kids etc. I wouldn’t do it like that again but it was satisfying and educational.
