Come play new layout! Beautiful views, variety of terrain, fitting snuggly in a quiet (and breezy) community park.
Description
2025 saw several changes and improvements to Beacon Hill. Holes have been removed, changed, and new holes added like “The Beacon” on hole 16. 7 dirt tee pads have been replaced with economical yet effective concrete fiber pads. A new par 4, new basket locations, a new starting hole. We are excited to continue working on even more improvements later in the year and for 2026. Beacon Hill has an 18 hole main course and a 9 hole putting course. The main course has 2 layouts to play. The Main Red layout is for beginners and the Main Blue layout is for intermediate and advanced players. This is a Community course, but privately designed, maintained, and funded by the local disc golf club. All holes are par 3 with exception of hole 5 which is par 4. The front-9 is mostly open with lots of grass and longer holes. The back-9 is more technical and wooded; we call it the "Outback-9." Lots of trees and hills. A spotter is HIGHLY recommended. Beacon Hill Park sits below the Suncrest saddle/pass, so it is frequently breezy in the afternoon. Heavier and more stable discs are recommended. Several tournaments are held during the year. Check out the course Instagram @beaconhilldgc and discgolfscene.com for updates. Course tournaments are primary source of funds for improvements. Thank you for your support. Please note: Layout is limited by a confined space, retaining good neighbor relationships, and the desire for a fun 18 holes. We are always looking to improve the course so if you have realistic suggestions, send feedback to designer/course contact.
