About the course

- The Grove Disc Golf Course has 4 unique and picturesque 18-hole layout options to accommodate all skill levels (2 tees and 2 baskets on every hole - Orange = Advanced and White = Easier). There is a practice/warm up area including 2 putting baskets and a “driving range” area with 4 distance markers and dedicated teeing area. - The Grove also has many amenities. There are 2 restaurants, an indoor golf & activity similator, 2 billiards tables, 2 dart boards, 2 putting simulators, and outside there are 24 pickleball courts, 4 bocce ball courts, 8 cornhole courts, and a grass golf driving range as well. Disc Golf Course Rules: Shirts and shorts required at all times. Entering ponds is prohibited. No Fishing. All residential property is OB and off limits - DO NOT enter without permission. Keep noise volume at a minimum. VIOLATORS WILL BE BANNED. Course staff will rake ponds often and message the owners either by text or by using Disc Defender, and will post images on the Lost Discs of Jax FB page.

History

Founded in Fall of 2024 as a straight 18 hole course. Expanded in Summer of 2025 to include 2 tees and 2 permanent baskets on all 18 holes and included a minor redesign on a few holes (new hole 7 created and holes 10/11 were combined into a par 4). In early 2026 the current design was officially released with a totally new hole #7 and removal of previous hole #18.

Limited mobility/cane accessible

The majority of holes are somewhat accessible for folks with limited mobility, however there are several holes which include significant elevation changes and/or more dense foliage. Hole 4 orange basket is elevated. The entire course has a paved cart path going along and between each hole. Carts are recommended for folks with limited mobility as this is a very long course to walk (2.2 miles) and has many baskets in the woods.

Absolutely immaculate, pristine fairways while also at times, imminent dangers wind induced within every shot. This place is a GEM. I have also heard this is one of the courses the 6x World Champ sharpens his skills at in the off season. Definitely a must throw if you haven't 🤍🖤
